The three door gate bagua, a New Age feng shui method. Derived from the traditional ba gua (八卦 bā guà, eight trigrams) strongly simplifying its aspects.
In this method a square with nine sectors assigned to specific life aspects is superimposed on a floor plan; the entrance always is always on the side of career. Compass directions are ignored.
In traditional feng shui, there is no such thing as “fame or career corner” and the compass directions are crucial for the analysis of a dwelling.
The so called direction bagua correlates the individual aspects of life additionally with the compass directions. So North signifies career, North East knowledge and education and so on.
