The term feng shui cures means especially in New Age feng shui accessoires and artefacts to harmonize and energize rooms or direct the qi. But most of these items originate from the Asian folklore and superstition, e. g. ba gua mirrors, dragons, mandalas etc.
In fact, not the artefact itself but at best its affinity to one of the five elements could have effects on the interaction of the energy qualities prevailing in rooms.
The classical feng shui largely gets along without such cures, because such items cannot produce good feng shui. This depends namely on the environment and the layout and arrangement of buildings.
